At Coast 2 Coast Recruitment we take a full client brief during our ‘free no obligation’ meeting. At this time, we meet to see exactly what your requirements are and how we can help.
We guarantee candidates for the first 3 months or we will replace for free.
Management of Recruitment
As we are a contingency based agency no monies are paid until the candidate has been employed by you.
After we have compiled the job brief, we then write and place the advertisement. Initial screening of resumes is done, followed by telephone interviews.
Candidates are shortlisted and one to one interviews are conducted either by video interview or face to face. One reference check is completed. Candidate is then presented to the client, if successful a second reference check is done.

After working as an independent recruitment contractor for over 12 years Michele saw the need for that extra special service. It was then that Coast 2 Coast came to fruition.
