My client is an NDIS registered provider specialising in supporting young people with disabilities and those under child safety care. They offer a range of support services from community access and Supported Independent Living (SILS) to Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) Residential support.

Coast 2 Coast Recruitment are seeking a proactive experienced Finance / Administration Officer to join this growing dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bring practical experience within the NDIS sector, demonstrating an understanding of the industry. Experience in XERO, MS Office applications are required. A working knowledge with Flowlogic systems would be desirable but by no means a deal breaker as full training will be organised.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Certificate III in a relevant field.
  • Experienced in financial management, rostering and administration within the NDIS or Child Safety sector.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Admin / Accounts experience.
  • High standard of Microsoft Office- receptive to learning other applications.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Excellent written & oral communications skills.
  • Experience working in the NDIS sector.
  • Experienced using XERO.
  • A commitment to continuing professional and personal development.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including processing bank feeds, allocating income/expenses, and handling payments in XERO.
  • Oversee financial record-keeping, including organising and maintaining invoices, bills, receipts, and related documents.
  • Perform client invoicing, support debt collection efforts, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, processing, and data entry, as well as other key bookkeeping tasks.
  • Responsible for staff Rostering.
  • Assist with compliance and reporting.
  • Data entry.
  • Accounts administration duties.
  • Time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
