About the Role

As a Bookkeeper, you will support a diverse portfolio of business clients across a range of industries, helping ensure their financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will work closely with clients while partnering with the broader accounting team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end bookkeeping for a diverse client portfolio
• Bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable
• Payroll processing and superannuation
• BAS preparation and lodgements
• Preparation of management reporting and financial information
• Liaising directly with clients regarding bookkeeping matters
• Supporting cloud accounting system implementation and maintenance
• Working collaboratively with the broader accounting team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in Bookkeeping within Public Practice or a multi-client environment
• Strong experience with Xero and cloud-based accounting systems
• Solid understanding of payroll, reconciliations and BAS preparation
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational capability
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
