About the Role

As a Business Services Client Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while delivering taxation, compliance and high-level advisory services.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys developing trusted client relationships, leading teams and contributing to business growth.

You will oversee a small team while helping clients navigate commercial decisions, growth opportunities and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business services clients across diverse industries
• Deliver taxation, compliance and advisory services
• Build strong, trusted relationships with business owners and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 accounting professionals
• Provide commercial insights and innovative advisory solutions
• Support business development and client growth initiatives
• Work collaboratively with Partners to drive firm success

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

✔ CA or CPA qualification completed
✔ 8+ years’ experience in Australian Public Practice Business Services Accounting
✔ Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams
✔ Strong taxation and compliance capability
✔ A commercial and innovative mindset with strong advisory skills
✔ Passion for business development and building client relationships
✔ Genuine ambition to progress toward Partnership
