I support and partner you to help your business get results. I work with you from the first meeting to truly get to know your business. Not only with your skillset requirements but the best cultural fit for your team. As no two requirements are the same I will tailor make my service to fit your needs. Coast 2 Coast Recruitment is based in North Brisbane but can place candidates throughout Australia.
At Coast 2 Coast Recruitment we take a full client brief during our free no obligation meeting. At this time, we meet to see exactly what your requirements are and how we can help.
In some instances you the employer may want to avail of our ‘headhunting’ expertise. This can be done confidentially as we are aware discretion is often required at the higher placement level.
MANAGEMENT OF RECRUITMENT
As we are a contingency based agency no monies are paid until the candidate has been
employed by you. After we have compiled the job brief, we then write and place the advertisement.
Initial screening of resumes is done, followed by telephone interviews. Candidates are shortlisted and one to one interviews are conducted either by video interview or face to face. One reference check is completed. Candidate is then presented to the client, if successful a second reference check is done.
We are so confident that we can find you your ideal candidate we will guarantee them for
the first 3 months or we will replace for free. You can feel confident you will have an end to end professional service where we truly listen to your requirements and understand your business needs.
